At A New Hope Psychiatric Services, we believe clients should know what to expect before scheduling. We accept many major insurance plans for eligible services, and we also offer private-pay options for clients who do not use insurance or whose services are not covered by insurance.

Psychiatric Services
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
Out-of-pocket cost: $250
Appointment length: up to 60 minutes

An initial psychiatric evaluation includes a review of symptoms, history, current concerns, medications, diagnoses, treatment goals, and recommendations for care.

Psychiatric Follow-Up Visit
Out-of-pocket cost: $125
Appointment length: up to 30 minutes

Follow-up visits may include medication management, symptom monitoring, treatment updates, medication adjustments, and ongoing care planning.

Therapy Services
Individual Psychotherapy
Out-of-pocket cost: $150
Appointment length: up to 60 minutes

Individual psychotherapy provides one-on-one support for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, life transitions, emotional regulation concerns, relationship difficulties, and other mental health challenges.

Insurance may be accepted for eligible individual therapy services depending on the client’s plan, benefits, and clinical appropriateness. Depending on your insurance benefits, your cost may be as low as $0.

Couples & Family Therapy
Couples and family therapy is offered as a private-pay service and is not billed to insurance.

Ongoing Couples/Family Therapy: $175 per session
Appointment length: up to 60 minutes

Couples and family therapy provides a supportive space for partners, family members, parents, caregivers, and loved ones to improve communication, reduce conflict, strengthen connection, and better understand patterns that may be affecting emotional well-being.

Virtual Group Therapy
Group therapy is currently offered virtually and may be available by insurance or private pay depending on the group, client’s plan, benefits, and clinical appropriateness.

Virtual Group Therapy: $75 per session
Appointment length: up to 60 minutes

Most group therapy programs include a total of 8 sessions and typically meet twice per week. Available group topics, dates, and times may vary. Please contact our office to learn about upcoming group options and the next available set of sessions.

Insurance for Group Therapy

Private-pay options are available for clients who do not wish to use insurance or whose plan does not cover group therapy.

ADHD Comprehensive Evaluation
Comprehensive ADHD Evaluation Package
Out-of-pocket cost: $300

The Comprehensive ADHD Evaluation Package is a separate private-pay testing fee used for structured ADHD diagnostic clarification and stimulant treatment consideration when appropriate.

This may include rating scales, computerized cognitive testing, collateral screening when clinically indicated, medical risk review, and diagnostic review.

Psychiatric evaluation and follow-up appointments are billed separately and may be covered by insurance depending on the client’s plan and benefits.

Other Services
Genetic Testing
Genetic testing may be available when clinically appropriate. Cost may vary depending on insurance coverage, laboratory billing, and eligibility. Our team can provide additional information before testing is ordered.

Payment and Financial Policy
Payment requirements may vary by service. Some appointments or packages may require payment at the time of scheduling, while other services may be charged before or at the time of the appointment.

Clients are responsible for any applicable copay, deductible, coinsurance, private-pay fee, package fee, late cancellation/no-show fee, or non-covered service.
