About
Savannah Bressler
I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I have experience working with individuals facing a variety of mental health concerns, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, borderline personality disorder, trauma-related concerns, and life stressors.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and client-centered. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships.
I believe healing happens within a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. My goal is to meet clients where they are, help them feel heard and respected, and work together to create a treatment plan that reflects their individual needs and goals.
I strive to provide a space where clients can explore painful or complex experiences at their own pace while building emotional awareness, coping skills, resilience, and stability. I am passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves, develop healthier patterns, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and aligned with what matters most to them.
