I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I am licensed in both Texas and Florida and have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including hospitals and behavioral health agencies.
I treat a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, family conflict, stress, and life transitions.
I provide individual, couples, and family therapy in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My approach is collaborative and focused on helping clients develop insight, improve coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
In addition to my counseling background, I hold a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership, which allows me to better understand the stressors and challenges individuals may face in professional and corporate environments.
My goal is to help clients grow, heal, and move forward with greater clarity, purpose, and emotional well-being. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
