Individual psychotherapy is a one-on-one therapy service designed to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and life stressors. We accept many major insurance plans for eligible therapy services. Depending on your plan, deductible, copay, and benefits, your out-of-pocket cost may be as low as $0.
For private-pay clients, individual psychotherapy is:
$150 per session, up to 60 minutes
