Group Therapy
Group therapy provides a supportive virtual space where clients can learn skills, receive therapeutic support, and connect with others who may be working through similar challenges. Groups are led by a licensed therapist or qualified mental health professional and are structured around a specific topic or treatment focus.
At A New Hope Psychiatric Services, group therapy may focus on anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, coping skills, ADHD-related challenges, trauma support, parenting, relationship stress, life transitions, or other mental health concerns.

What to Expect
Group therapy sessions are currently offered virtually. Each group is focused on a specific topic and is designed to provide education, skill-building, therapeutic support, and guided discussion.
Most group therapy programs include a total of 8 sessions and typically meet twice per week. This structure allows clients to build consistency, practice skills, and receive support throughout the program.

Cost
Virtual Group Therapy: $75 per session, up to 60 minutes.
Group Therapy Packages:
- 4 sessions: $280
- 6 sessions: $390
- 8 sessions: $480
Insurance
Insurance may be accepted for eligible group therapy services depending on the client’s plan, benefits, and clinical appropriateness.
For clients using insurance, out-of-pocket cost may vary based on deductible, copay, coinsurance, and coverage. Depending on the plan, the cost may be as low as $0.
Private-pay options are available for clients who do not wish to use insurance or whose plan does not cover group therapy.
Important Note
Group therapy may not be appropriate for every client or clinical situation. Before joining a group, clients may be asked to complete a brief screening or consultation to make sure the group is a good fit for their needs, symptoms, and treatment goals.
