About
Robert Clark
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families heal and grow. I hold a master’s degree in Counseling from Southeastern University and a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision with a specialization in Counseling. My goal is to create a judgment-free, empathetic space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered on their healing journey.
I provide individual, family, and couples therapy through a convenient telehealth format. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental, allowing clients to feel safe exploring both past and present challenges. I work closely with each client to better understand their unique experiences and to identify the underlying factors contributing to emotional and behavioral concerns.
My therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, biofeedback, and solution-focused techniques. My goal is to help clients develop healthier thought patterns, improve emotional regulation, and build practical skills that support long-term growth and stability.
I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is open-minded, solution-oriented, and at times incorporates appropriate humor to foster connection and comfort. I look forward to supporting you in achieving emotional wellness, resilience, and personal growth.
